Belgarath
For those of you misguided individuals who are fans of other teams, I just want to say that in spite of the 2014 debacle, our enthusiasm and loyalty remain intact.
FAPInJax
I concur with the enthusiasm and loyalty part - even though I am a Yankee fan (experienced the same down year <G>) ratherbereading
david rigby
If the Braves aren't playing, baseball season is over. I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.

GMK
If the Braves aren't playing in Milwaukee County Stadium, and if an "All-Star" game can end in a tie, baseball's over. ... says the grumpy old man who needs to lighten up.
Belgarath
K2 - at this point, I'm hoping for a Royals/Pirates World Series, so good luck. K2retire
My 2 cents
K2 - at this point, I'm hoping for a Royals/Pirates World Series, so good luck. Sorry, somehow I got the impression that SF knocked the Pirates out of the playoffs. Not that I am really paying attention, the team that I follow having missed the playoffs completely this year! Always check with your actuary first!
MoJo
Baseball? "What's baseball?" says one in the Cleveland, OH area.... Now, if you want to talk about a real sport like LeBronBall, er basketball, I'm all ears....
Belgarath
Gee, burst my bubble! I've been so busy this week I haven't even checked scores, so I guess I'm down to one out of two...

Lame Duck
What about the poor Cubs fans? When they say wait until next year, they are talking about 2016, already.
Belgarath
What's a Cubs fan? I thought the last big asteroid strike made them extinct. MoJo
ESOP Guy
What about the poor Cubs fans? When they say wait until next year, they are talking about 2016, already. Are you sure it isn't 2116? I mean my Cards have won as many WS in the 21st century already then the Cubs did in the Whole 20th century.
