Looking for a report that will run on Relius version 11 that will list the following information for each participant on one line showing multiple participants on one page.

Name, Beginning Balance, Contribution/Forfeitures, Gain/Losses, Distributions, Ending Balance, and Vested Balance.

Has anyone created such a report. I have a few plans that require an audit and this is being requested by the auditor.

Take the Summary of Accounts report from crystal, and hide everything except the final total line for each participant - works fine.

Might be difficult if there is more than one source of money and one investment. you can create your own Summary of accounts under reports/report specifications/summary of accounts. Becomes custom and you can attach in plan specs for plans you want to use it for. you can define your column names, have mutiple transaction types added to one column (like contributions and forfeiture) and you can specify to accumulate by source so no investment detail will print. you can also say "include vested balance and that will then print in the last column (adter end bal.)
