We are being told that our network instability issues are due to the fact that we use both Datair and Relius. Is anyone else experiencing this?

At a former employer we used both systems and had no problems -- they use different databases. You just have to make sure that the hardware meets the requirements for both systems.
There were some minor issues with Datair (DOS pension system) because we used Citrix. Maverick |

Many, many years ago, we used both Datair and Relius. We had no issues with network connectivity. Who is telling you that the issues are caused by using both? What types of issues are you having?

There is not a connectivity problem with Citrix (which we use), it's more of stability of the software on Citrix and complexity of upgrades and maintenance. You might have guessed that our IT folks are telling us this -

You might double-check that your IT group is working Relius technology support to ensure that they are configuring it correctly for running on Citrix. Can't speak for Datair.
