The deadline for making a 2001 participant contribution ( up to $2,000) to a Roth or traditional IRA is April 15,2002.
The last day to do a Roth conversion for 2001 is December 31,2001

I think you mean when is the last day to contribute to a Roth for 2001, and that would be 4/15/2002.
