Has the IRS just issued new tables for calculating required minimum distributions?
If not, are current tables under IRS Section 72 still applicable?

Congress has instructed treasury to prepare a new table. No deadline was given. The new table has not yet been issued (I doubt even drafted).
Until the new table is used, the old tables must still be used.

There are murmurings that the new tables will be issued when the final regs come out, which should be in about a month.
