Can a non-profit 501©6 company setup a SEP?

Why not. I though any np could set up a SEP.

That's what I thought but I did the ol' "doubt myself trick" and had to have a second opinion.

Yes. A tax-exempt organization may establish a SEP (but it could not have had a SARSEP).
