I am hoping that a Schwab RT user can help me with this question.

One of our clients has a plan that is administered on the Schwab RT system. Some of the trades have been settled manually. However, the price that shows on these trades is the price on the system as of the date the trade was submitted, rather than the price as of the date the trade was settled. The result of this is that the price times the units does not equal the amount of the trade.

The TPA says that there is no way to have the system calculate the settlement price. I used Trustmark myself several years back, and that time you could do that. Can someone confirm or deny the options in this regard? We are getting a disproportionate number of participant inquiries regarding this issue.

Appreciate any input.

I think it's possible to manually input a settlement price when the trades are manually settled, but I don't think the price is updated on trades loaded through the Trade Data Interface.

Sorry, better late than never...

Find out where the price is pulling from. It may be price history. Manually change the price in price history (on the trade date), run the report and then change it back.
