I'd like to see the heading info repeated on the additional page(s) when the amortization schedule exceeds one page. Also, pmt numbers would be helpful. If we could just print to file, I would be happy to edit the schedule, but since it's a standard report no such luck. Anyone else find this standard report lacking?
Does anyone have a custom report of a loan amortization schedule they're willing to share?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Yes, loan amortization schedules are rather basic. I've talked to Relius and they have advised there is no way to create a custom report as the loan module is separate and info cannot be accessed by Report Writer.

Also note - you get different maximum loan amounts when you check max loan from 'new' or 'existing' loans!
Relius has ackknowledged problem, I haven't seen it fixed yet.

also, if you run an amortization schedule on an existing loan your print out may indicate a different loan payment!
this may happen when there are only a few loan payments left, or if extra payment have been made.
you have to make sure you model before printing (and enter the monthly loan payment).
otherwise, the system will look at current loan balance
# of remaining payments, and recalculate the monthly loan payment. This is only on the printed amort schedule, and doesn't effect the actual loan payment.
ok, maybe they have changed things since the last time I checked this report. It has been awhile.
