I just got the Quantech 5.0 mailing this week. There were some good surprises on the features list, like "unlimited money types" ans "internet access for participants". However, there were some bad surprises: divisionalized NDTs was not on the list. Anyway, I'd like to know if there are any "beta" testers out there for Quantech 5.0 that have some feedback on the new features.

Just so you are aware, the internet feature of 5.0 does not come without a cost. I was quoted a range of $6,500 to $17,500 depending on the features. (cheaper if ordered by December 31) Plus there is an additional monthly maintenance fee of $162.50 or $437.50 per month depending on the level. Although it is nice that it is availalbe now, it does not come as part of the basic system.

We hope to be doing some Beta testing shortly. 5.0 has been delayed, so no one can really give you feedback at this time. In our case, going from Gupta NT standalone to Oracle, so results may be of interest to people in that specific area, just from conversion point of view.
In other words, you will have to wait a few weeks before I can tell you anything.
Well, off to the ASPA conference in DC to see what more I don't know about pensions!
