does anyone know an ira "trustee" who will accomodate restricted stock? most brokerages, perhaps all, will only hold stock that is a "member" of the depositoy trust corp. would appreciate help.
does the irs have a list of rgistered trusties? thanks

Try your local banks' trust departments. Be prepared, it's not a free service if you can find a bank trust department that will do it.

Check other custodians too. There are some that will allow the IRA to invest in restricted and non-publicly traded stocks, provided the requirements under IRC 4975 are met. List of Nonbank Trustees and Custodians available at
