Does anyone have any experience in obtaining a refund of FICA taxes in light of the CSX decision? Thanks in advance for your response!

are you asking at the employer level or the employee level?

It is my understanding that you can only get the employer's FICA portion if you simultaneously go after the employee's portion as well.
