Hello,

Let me first briefly introduce myself; I am a student at the International Rotterdam Business School and currently writing my thesis (graduation at last!). I am researching the possibilities for a HR web-portal through which several employee benefits services will be offered.

I am looking for persons who have experience with these kind of applications, either from the employee's side or the employers' point of view.

I do realize that I am asking you for a favor, but I'd extremely appreciate it if you could share your opinion or experiences, or give me any hints to look for these.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
Bob

What does "researching the possibilities" mean?

Why not ask one of the providers of such services? I am sure that they would be happy to give you afew references.

"research the possibilities" means that I am researching whether or not a web-based employee benefit application would be wise to start in the Dutch market. Since the American market already has several initiatives like these applications, I was wondering what the experiences of American users are. Nothing more, nothing less.

I will also ask some providers, however, a user might feel more freedom of speech when replying on a forum. The experience of users will always be positive when asking this to a provider smile.gif

We Americans speak pretty freely. Ask vendors for a handful of user references.
