Is there a limit on how many SMMs one plan may issue before updating the SPD? I read that the SPD must be updated once for every 5 SMMs issued. Is this correct?

In general, if changes have beeen made in the information included in the SPD, an updated SPD must be furnished every five years.

I knew there is something with a "5" ...it's every 5 years not every 5 SMMs. Thanks for clarifying that.
