There are bugs in the 5500 software! For example, on Schedule R, the ratio test/average benefits test doesn't print correctly even though it looks correct on screen. Also, the Schedule D Spread Import isn't bringing in extra pages.
Does anyone have any idea when this is going to be fixed?

Hmmm, my Rs are printing okay. Don't think there is bug there. Not sure about the D.

JanetM, look at them carefully. If you check "Ratio % test" it prints the check next to "Average Benefits Test" and vice versa. They told us it was a known bug and it would be fixed, but didn't say when.

YIKES! You're right. I missed that in my review. Good thing you told me, I have two that are going in the mail today.

Glad to help; I know I missed it the first time around. I was a little miffed when I told them about it and they said they already knew...seems like something that's worth a heads-up from them.
