Plan allows for distributions when a participant hits Normal Retirement Age (65). Does this require spouses consent for the distribution?

Not subject to J & S.
Wants a distribution even though still working
Plan Doc says you can take a distribution while working at Normal Retirement.
Spousel Consent?
