running a 12/31/2006 plan year end. currently vesting is 3 yr 20%
at the end of the year lady has 2 yrs of svc. so 0% vested.
the census data indicates she quit January 2, 2007.
but now, for plan years beginning 1/1/07 plan has to be on a 2/20% schedule.
