My prospect is looking for a carrier that will provide health insurance benefits plus other benefits to an Association of approx. 1,000 members. There is no employer/employee relationship and members are nationwide. Does anyone do that anymore?

I am aware of an association that has an benefit trust established and provides benefits to their memebers through that trust. Where is the Association headquartered? What type of association / industry is it? I may be able to provide some options / suggestions if I know a little more about the group.
