Our Company is interested in beginning a PTO program (sick leave, vacation, personal days). I've looked all over the web for a simple plan based on assigning X amount of hours on the EMPLOYEE'S ANNIVERSARY DATE instead of the normal accrual policy. Does anyone out there do this? Thanks!

Allison:

I don't know for sure if I totally understand the question, BUT, we base our accruals on anniversary date and make the adjustments accordingly. We do NOT give a lump sum accrual on anniversary or at the first of the year. Feel free to call me or e-mail privately if you would like to discuss in further detail!
