Does anyone have any reports that will print a fee allocation per person, per fund? I can pull the numbers from the Summary of Accounts, but this is a large plan and it is very cumbersome and time consuming. Any help would be appreciated.

We are currently using 5.0, but will be converting this weekend to 6.0.

Are you looking for a participant statement or just a report for your internal use?

Well, the client requests to see the fees per person, per fund. We will not supply this to the participants, but the client wants it for their records in case anyone asks them about it since it is netted in with the gain/loss. So it does not have to be anything fancy.

If you will provide me with an e-mail I will e-mail you a participant statement I have created that summarizes the participants account (per investment fund) on the first page and then breaks it out on subsequent pages. You should be able to use this report (deleting what you don't want - however, you may need to make a little modification to the report since I have my accounts setup differently that some).

As a disclaimer - verify the information produced by the report to ensure that it is correct.

Also, I would be interested in hearing how your conversion from 5.0 to 6.0 goes as I will be doing the same in the near future.

also buried somewhere in my myriad of custom reports is a SOA that has a separate column for 'fees'. we actually use it for other adjustments - e.g. contribution correction from prior year, etc.
It is amazing what you can do. run a 'negative' fee, the system gets mad and says they are usually entered as a positive number do you want to continue. You answer yes and it shows up as a positive number. I would have to find it, but send me an email if interested.
