Excerpt: "Faced with skyrocketing health insurance costs, Bobby Casey decided four years ago to eliminate companywide insurance for the 20 employees at Diamond Retail Services in Stokesdale. So today, he encourages them to purchase their own insurance by reimbursing 50 percent of the cost of their policies."
