Excerpt: "At least 250 former employees of now-closed ANB Financial say some of the bank's officers should be held responsible for the loss of more than $50 million in the workers' retirement plan. The bank's retirement plan participants, led by plaintiffs Jan Taylor, Carla Crosswhite and Laura Godsey, filed claims of federal ERISA violations in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas on Tuesday."
