Version 5.0 includes many enhancements to the capabilities of the current release of Corporate Focus and then adds a new browser-based user interface to provide easier access to more attorneys and clients to their entity, ownership and minute book information. On-screen organization charts - Subsidiary organization charts can be generated directly in the browser and can also be used to navigate to the related companies and their basic corporate information or capitalization tables. Improved minute book management - An unlimited number of finalized minute book documents can be linked to each data record, making it easier to find the legal document back-up for the information when you need it. All new reminder date tracking - Version 5.0 includes an improved task management system that helps users ensure that dates for filings, annual meetings, agreements, and other critical events are not missed or overlooked. The task system will even send users email reminders related to critical dates or activities. Corporate Focus Version 5.0 is available immediately. All customers enrolled in the annual support plan will receive the new version of Corporate Focus at no additional charge. Customers can sign up for instructor-led training classes that focus on the features of the new release.
