Joyce Bates has 25 years of experience in retirement plan administration. She holds an MBA from Rollins College and a BS in Business and Marketing from Florida Southern College.

Ms. Bates is a founding member of the Central Florida Employee Benefits Council, and was its first president. She also is a past president of the Florida Association of Pension Consultants.
