papogi Posted March 21, 2002 Report Share Posted March 21, 2002 For a long time, only Pennsylvania and New Jersey taxed salary deferrals to Section 125 plans. Pennsylvania has more recently stopped this practice. Currently, only in New Jersey are flex plan contributions taxed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
