Guest Peg H
I'm considering this program in my newly started benefits administration business. I have one mid-sized client who is interested in using it, and I *think* it will work well, but I'd love to hear from anyone actually using the program. Either an employer or an administrator would be fine. Thanks so much! Peg
Guest patti pierce stone
I have been the benefits manager of the outsourcing practice for a benefits consulting and brokerage firm for the past year. We recently converted from our custom-designed benefits database to EmployEase. Our database has about 2500 active employees located in 30+ divisions. We also have a dedicated 128k ISDN line to our ISP. All-in-all we have been pleased with the transition. Since we had out own database, we were easily able to provide upload files of the data. We have encountered a few issues which require workarounds (most of them will be resolved with their upcoming May upgrade), but the staff has been very helpful and responsive to our needs. I have no regrets in having made the transition to their application.
