Guest MAGGIE73 Posted October 26, 2004 Report Share Posted October 26, 2004 I see from 403(b)(1)(D) that the non-discrimination requirements of 403(b)(12) do not apply to church plans. Does this mean that I can require employees to participate in a contributory DB plan before they are permitted to make salary deferrals to the TDA?
