Guest Madalyn Clark
Do contributions to a governmental money purchase plan need to be made by the employer's tax filing date (or extension thereof), or is the deadline different for governmental entities? david rigby
Does the governmental entity file a tax return? I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
Guest Madalyn Clark
No, I just found out that the client does not file a tax return, so I guess the date is not tied to the tax filing date.
