Dawn Hafner
Does anyone know of any IRA trustee that will accept land as an investment? An associate is having trouble find one, and I have no prior experience regarding this matter. (Assuming there is not a prohibited transaction issue reagrding self-dealing) Suggestions? Alan Simpson
Check with a trust department of a bank. The two bank trust departments that I have previously work at have accepted land as an investment within an IRA. However, they may require an appraisal to be performed periodically.
