Guest Schiff Benefits Group Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Brian, Unless the charter school is a federal agency, it is my understanding that the school would be prohibited from instituting a gov't 457(b) plan. Is it a governmental agency, instrumentality, etc. I'd have them check on the status of similar charter schools, who may have already addressed the issue.
