Guest matthew222 Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 I would think your FSA adminstrator should be able to answer this question fairly easily. I would strive for at least a 60-day notice since PPACA has this as a new requirement for material modifications for plan years beginning on or after March 23, 2012.
