You may want to contact ASPA to get a listing of thier members and then conduct a search. Thank you. I started at PlanSponsor's site, but they are redoing it and had limited info available now. I had hardcopy back issues on hand and looked through them, but most of the surveys were about invesment managers or fund performance, not the recordkeepers.
