BG5150
We have an Employee who has properly opted out of a 4019k) plan. I know he is counted as includable and not benefiting for coverage. But how do I count him for 5500 purposes? Is he a participant for 5a-b? What about 5d(1) and (2)? QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
