Doc Ument Posted September 19, 2019 Share Posted September 19, 2019 Since there are still at least two followers to this thread (the email containing this link was marked as unread, so I just now read it), I advise you to plan on IRS approval of all providers' DC Cycle 3 documents occurring on a uniform date in 2020, but I cannot be more precise.
