The employee below has 1000 hours in 2014 if you include the last pay period of the year for which he was paid on 1/15/2015. If those hours do not count, he has only 938.5 hours of service in 2014. My thoughts:If they are NOT including that last pay period in 2014 into W-2 wages for 2014, the can’t count the hours for 12/31/2014. Correct?
