A plan is being amended to remove the auto enrollment feature. Is a notice required to go to the participant that auto enroll feature is being removed? If so, what is the timing of the notice. 30 days?

I have a Prevailing Wage plan. The PW funds come into the plan as QNEC. The plan fails the 401 (a) (4) testing and a HCE needs to be corrected. Can the funds be return to the employer?

Hi Does a new plan that had no assets need to file a 5500 S/F. For example, a 401(k) setup from 12/1 - 12/31/14 but nobody contribute during this period.
