If a doctor client hires a part-time nurse practioner over age 21 who works 12 hours during the week and then is on call every other weekend for 48 hours each weekend, would they earn over 1,000 hours to get a year of service? They receive $100 gross for each call weekend and a salary for the 12 hours during the week. Thoughts? Thanks ,Jeff
