Hello! I am looking for an opinion as to whether the following scenario contstitutes an Affiliated Service Group (ASG): A Dental, P.C. (A) is owned 100% by Dr G and sponsors a 401k plan and is my client, B Dental, P.C.(B) is owned 100% by Dr L and it sponsors a 401k plan which also covers employees of C, and is NOT my client, C Dental © is a partnership where same Dr L owns 50% and other 50% owned by outsider dentist.
