I believe you are right. I have called and of course I can't speak to anyone that really knows anything. I get different time frames every time I call. One says fifteen working days. Another says there isn't a specific amount of time. They had to have the qdro two weeks before before they mailed out the acceptance letter.

Has anyone had any experience with fidelity approving a qdro? I have called several times and get told different things each time. It has now been a month since I received acceptance letter stating they had received it. Just wanting to know how long your process took when it was finally in pa hands.
