Wrong distribution!
Big Question replied to Big Question's topic in Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs)
The plan acknowledge receipt of the QDRO, but was "underfunded". Three years later, participant received a lump sum distribution and believed that AP received theirs. Five years later, AP says "I didn't get anything". Anyone responsible? -
Parties divorced and QDRO, prepared, qualified and signed by court. Sent to pension administrator. When distribution is made to Participant, nothing was sent to AP. Who is wrong?
