What sorts of privacy policies and procedures should I have in place to ensure participant confidentiality? Does anyone have a checklist of actions that I should have in place to safegaurd health care information? Are there certain laws under HIPPA, DHHS, and ERISA? What about the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act? ...and which ones are fully or partially implemented? Thanks for your help. Shawn
SLuskin Posted May 15, 2001 Posted May 15, 2001 EBIA is having a 2 day advanced Cafeteria Plan seminar in Portland Ore in July, This is one of the things I hope to learn there. I do know that the company has to appoint a privacy officer (me).
