jeanine Posted September 10, 2001 Posted September 10, 2001 I'm looking for information on church plans--health and welfare benefits only. I know they are exempt from ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA. What then regulates them? Anything special the TPA should require in terms of the ASO agreement? I would appreciate cites to books, etc. if you know of good sources.
