Looking for old Form 5500-C/R

I am trying to locate copies of Form 5500-C/R for 1993, 1994 and 1995. My Hyperprep software does not go back that far, and the IRS website only has the full Form 5500 for those years. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Aren't all 5500s available for public disclosure at the Dept. of Labor?

Sorry, my message was somewhat vague. I am looking for blank forms from those years. We recently purchased one of our competitors, and are in the process of correcting certain "omissions." I need to file for these years.

I have some blanks for some, but not necessarily all, prior years. Also not sure if I have all the schedules. I might be able to fax to you, if I can find the time, and if that is acceptable. Let me know.

Oh, even better. The IRS website goes back to 1992. http://www.irs.gov/forms_pubs/index.html

Scroll down to "Download Prior Years Forms and Publications"

Thanks pax. However, the IRS site only has the full 5500 for those years, not the 5500-R/C. I have decided to generate the information for each of the years on a 1998 form which I currently have available on software. I will then alter the years (the same method used when filing for a terminated plan prior to the new forms being available). Filing 1993, 1994 and 1995 forms on an altered 1998 document is, unfortunately, the least of this plan's "challenges."

Actually, they do have the forms at the link above, although out of order. When you get to the list of forms, scroll all the way to the bottom. The 5500 C/R and instructions are there.

Contact Hyperprep and they can get the forms to you, assuming you were licensed for them in those years. I don't know what the cost, if any, would be if you were not licensed. I recently reinstalled the old forms for a porject.
