Guest Carlos Rivera Posted December 28, 2001 Posted December 28, 2001 What do other organizations start entry level employees at – both experienced and inexperienced. We have been in the low $20’s but there is some thought that our minimum entry level starting salary for inexperienced workers should be $24,000 per year. Any thoughts? Archimage Posted December 28, 2001 Posted December 28, 2001 It has been my personal experience that most employers I have been associated with start college graduates out at $24-$25K. Anything less than that and you not being competitive. You get what you pay for.
