Form 5500 for cafeteria plan

We file a Schedule F for the cafeteria plan benefits with our health benefit plan Form 5500 rather than filing a separate Form 5500 for the cafeteria plan.

Is this ok?

Alexa, are the plan years the same? Do you have more than 100 participants in the medical reimbursement account? Are your definitions of eligibility and "participant" the same?

Certainly this is one way to do it, but answer is the same for many IRS type questions, which is "It depends."
