Guest Natalie Wyatt Posted March 14, 2002 Posted March 14, 2002 In order to receive Sub TA fees from American Funds Service Company (AFS) we must provide them with data from Relius on every plan that holds or offers American Funds. One of our staff members had been told at a user's group meeting that there was a custom report out there that they could provide us in order to get this information to AFS. No one seems to be able to find this report and the data that AFS is requesting on a quarterly basis is staggering. Does anyone out there know of any reports that have been created for this purpose?
Guest Tbrown Posted March 21, 2002 Posted March 21, 2002 Are you looking for something that tells you how many participants are holding these funds in each plan? There was a report that would give you something like, but I need more information on what data you specifically need. Tim
Guest dhagen Posted April 2, 2002 Posted April 2, 2002 In relius 6.0 under standard reportsmiscellaneous is a report called "partipant count by fund". This is what we use to report the number of particpants that are invested in the American funds. Be warned: Depending on the size of the plan this report can take a very long time to run. One plan took over 2 days to run. Good Luck. Dana
