chris Posted March 15, 2002 Posted March 15, 2002 Given all of the different discrimination testing which applies to the different types of benefit plans, what are the possibilities where a personal service corp has 4 e/ee's -- 3 of which are HCE's and 1 who is NHCE???? Thanks for your help.
