Guest D Szuhay Posted July 1, 2002 Posted July 1, 2002 We started working with the reports for Relius and we find the standard Plan Specifications report to be a little spartan. Has anyone had much luck in formatting a Plan Specifications report through Crystal Reports? Thanks Dan Szuhay
Guest DottleC2 Posted July 1, 2002 Posted July 1, 2002 Sounds like you're referring to the...(from menu) Reporting/Standard Reports/Plan/Specifications Report, which is a little sparse although good for internal checking etc. It is possible to customize...(from menu) Reporting Report Writer Reports +DC Specifications Node - Choose from 14 Relius 'RW' Reports or - *Add customized reports to Custom Report node and label accordingly. *We've had some luck integrating contribution accrual specs into a contribution analysis for employer contributions on a custom report. (Requires some usage of advance aspects of sql table/field selection and calculated Crystal Fields.) Bill
Tom Poje Posted July 2, 2002 Posted July 2, 2002 Here is a one page plan spec report that contains the basic info. It will give the following info Dates Alloaction Provisions Retirement Provisions Eligibility Hours to Recieve contribution Compensation Vesting Forfeitures Top Heavy The plan name is actually buried under Alpha fields 11 and 12 because I can't stand to repeat the company name as part of the plan name. We use Alpha field 1 to indicate definition of compensation ...e.g. exclude bounes, date of Participation, etc.
FJR Posted August 29, 2002 Posted August 29, 2002 Just curious, what in gods name do you need these reports for?
Guest D Szuhay Posted August 29, 2002 Posted August 29, 2002 Our firm used FDP and we could print off a great one page plan spec page that we would include in our annual report that we would send to the client. We are looking for something comparable in Relius/Crystal Reports Dan Szuhay
