Sandra Pearce Posted July 23, 2002 Posted July 23, 2002 The fully insured LTD contract our company has for it's employees is offset by other income benefits. One of the other income benefits named is "any portion of a settlement or judgment, minus associates costs, of a lawsuit that represents or compensates for your loss of income."
