I would like to know how other organizations pay employees for military leave? (pay regular pay and have employee turn in their military pay, no pay?) How much time is allowed per year? and, What is your definition of a year; military year 10/1 - 9/30, or calendar year, etc.? Thanks for any feedback you can give me.
