Guest BJW Posted August 21, 2002 Posted August 21, 2002 Does Rev. Proc. 2002-21 apply to nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and if so, how? We have a PEO which maintains a nonqualified deferred compensation plan and would like to know if Rev. Proc. 2002-21 is applicable.
